You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution of the content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
• User Data: The Nautical Ship Flags app does not collect, store, or share any personal data of users. All interactions and data within the app remain entirely on your device. The app is designed to be completely private and respects user privacy by not tracking any personal information.
• Third-Party Sources and Acknowledgments: The flag information and educational resources provided in the App are sourced from publicly available resources, including Wikipedia. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in this information and recommend verifying with official maritime sources as needed.
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws and jurisdiction of the country where Nautical Ship Flags operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved in this jurisdiction.
